  1. PM me your offer and when you would want to grab it.
  2. 40" * 18" *6.5" outer dimensions PM me offer if u want. Same goes for you other guy who's interested. If Ian doesn't grab if, you're next
  3. They've been moving again. 3 currently ready to go! $45/ea
  4. When I first noticed it, I texted Tim those pics and he said it should be an easy fix, just haven't messed with it since. It's not cracked or anything like that, just needs to be re-sealed. Since its original ends I think it should be fine. Carries that 0zarka 0% money back guarantee.
  5. Picked up one with that system I bought, but the bottom needs to be resealed I found while cleaning everything. Should be quick fix with weldon, but I don't feel like messing with it. Other than that, it's drilled with overflow and was wrapped in plastic like it was brand new. Make offer if you want to mess with it and I'll whip it out and measure for you.
  6. Yup, that didn't work out too well. Came home from work and GR was messing with PB and clearly had all day. Pretty beat up. Back in the acclimation box for PB. Going to work on really trying to get out the GR even if it means hook + line. While I think they are both beautiful fish, I've tried PB several times and never had one make it more than a couple months (even after full QT, eating fine). This one is (was) quite healthy and I think will be good long term. In the future I may try to add other Acanthurus (Achilles), and know that the GR won't allow it. So as long as I can catch him, he will go! Otherwise once PB gets back into shape, he'll be up for grabs.
  7. Came home yesterday and the acrylic acclimation box had come loose (suction cups) from the side of the tank and fallen open and PB was free to be harassed. The GR was doing like he did before and just bothering the crap out of PB. Wife and I spent about an hour chasing GR around the tank trying to get him caught, I was going to throw him into the box instead of PB. My tank is 30" front to back and 25" tall with an 18" center brace all on a 42" stand, so it's really hard to maneuver nets back and forth. The PB would have been much easier to catch, as he was just chilling near the top since he isn't used to the freedom yet. Took a few breaks and would just watch everyone until the GR would come out and start harassing, then we would go back to trying to get him. Gave up and tossed in the fish trap with a mirror to see if since GR was being so aggressive if he would see himself and go right in. Sat there watching the tank for about an hour with him showing no interest in the trap and noticed something really cool...... Even though the GR has been in the tank with my other tangs - XLG Sailfin, Adult Chevron, Lg Yellow, for 2 months now with them showing no aggression, they were all very aggressive towards the GR any time he went near the PB like they were protecting him. Even the coral beauty and harelquin seemed to show a little anger at him for all the fuss he was causing. After a while of that he kind of gave up and stayed away from everyone, lights were going out so I figure we would see what happens overnight. This morning PB is still fine, and GR was just occasionally going over near him but not actually acting mean like he had been in the past. Maybe it worked? Maybe he got the message that every time he was aggressive we chased his a$$ around for 15 minutes and pissed everyone else off at him? We'll see tonight! (Not trying to threadjack, just relaying similar problem/thing going on)
  8. Trying to simplify the tank and get these lights and powerheads setup. Anyone have a WXM laying around they don't need?
  9. I should be available. What size tank is it? I have a set of 4 Woods powrgrip cups that we just used to move a 450#+ 3/4" glass tank. I trust these cups more than any others.
  10. I picked up a gold rim tang and powder blue in a tank shutdown I bought 2+ months back. I thought they were in the same system at his place, but quickly found out they weren't once they went in my DT and the Goldrim would not stop harassing the Powder blue. Powder was easiest to catch so he's been in an acclimating box since, and the Goldrim is constantly up on the acrylic box messing with PB at 2 months. I'd rather keep the PB because he's healthy and been in tanks for over a year, but the Goldrim is impossible to catch. First fish I've ever had that hides completely behind rockwork as soon as I bring out a net. Pretty sure if I can remember to get 4" round mirror to put in my trap I could get him in minutes, but I never remember when I'm out of the house to look. Maybe I should Amazon it, I've honestly just been lazy hoping that gold rim would eventually settle down as they are both beautiful healthy fish.
  11. One crawled back on the rockwork, one available still..... For now.
  12. Yep. I've had this lineage for probably 6 years. I don't mind several anemones, but they need to stay put on their side of the tank. Once anyone starts walking, they gone. Honestly they aren't as colorful as they were under MH. The cheap LED I'm running now doesn't bring out as much yellow/orange as they used to have.
  13. Two decent sized Pham Rainbow anemones for sale as long as they stay where they are/easy to remove. Both have about 5-6" oral disc. $60/ea $50/ea Superman Rhodactis rocks Larger one for $80 has 14+ on it Smaller one has 5 giant ones currently splitting. Probably be 8 in a week. $50 Georgetown nights and weekends. Arboretum area during the workweek. Bonus photobomb
  14. You'll be sorely disappointed if you ever go scuba diving or snorkeling and see the corals we keep under natural light like that tub was sitting. Blue? Gray! Red? Brown! Yellow? Lighter brown! Green? Green! All corals from the tub are gone, just 30# or so live rock left. I do have plenty of the superman rhodactis on rocks in my DT if you needed a big rock of those.
  15. $120 for the A350? Someone needs a light for a nano/frag tank.
  16. So, I pulled an old one from the garage to clean up real quick. Apparently part of the shaft it messed up at the end. Little plastic part at the top that goes around the metal shaft is cracked, so may need new wetside. It turns on for a second and shudders around then I assume goes into a protect mode and shuts down. Oh, and the buttons on the controller want to fall through into. So, yeah, that's what I got, any value to anyone? Manufactured 2010, pretty sure it's mp10w.
  17. I have 2 of the original XF150 I need to clean up and sell. Both work fine, just replaced with mp40 myself and keeping a 3rd gyre as my backup.
  18. Decided to play around with the cone skimmer a bit. From looking at the "instructions" I figured out that it is supposed to use a DC4000 pump similar to the Jebao. ( Also found a similar model but with black trim, available in Turkey from a website that sells these things for around $375USD, about same price as they sell a reef octopus 200int) https://www.marineakvaryum.net/Reef-Royal-DC-212-Protein-Skimmer,PR-14016.html Since I have a few Jebao pumps sitting around, I ordered a 3D printed needle/meshwheel impeller + adjustable volute venturi intake for the DC8000 I have. Here is the skimmer after 4 days in the tub with no fish, just rocks. The pump is hooked up all janky since I was just testing it, but is only turned up around 30% power. This thing can be a beast when paired with the right pump. If you look around online you can find a DC4000 type pump with needlewheel. Or I will sell this beast if someone wants. Enticing? Who wants it?
  19. Dude worked all day scraping it for me. Even came home and he was cleaning the acclimating container for the powder blue.
  20. Unfortunately not. This was all part of a group of equipment I bought from a friend.
  21. Keeping the 12000, pump went out on my saltwater mixing drum. Bought a 3D printed mesh/needlewheel impeller and venturi intake for the 8000 to test it out with the skimmers for sale. Going to post a thread about this impeller with info if it does well. Controllable DC pump on the skimmer is pretty awesome. Using the cone now to test, then I'll try it on the redline 225. Giant DCP-18000 is just asking for a home. Someone needs this giant DC pump. Jebao DCP-18000 Sine Wave Water Return Pump https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XCNGXCX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_mQBMBbMAJ6299
  22. Bump. Lowered. $100 for tank and stand. $120 for sump. $200 both.
