I was in army at 18. Got out at 22 and worked in law enforcement for 10 years while going to school. Work in IT now. I work for a medical device company at present in IT. To all the vets. Jones brother park in Jonestown has a boat ramp that used to be $3 to launch from. Probably still closed though due to the drought. I have also seen people launch boats from the park at the end of lohmans ford Road down by point venture. I would call the PD or talk to one of the officers. They would surely know about the crime rate or areas to stay away from.

I can completely understand your irritation. My first coral was given too me by an ARC member when I first started out. I personally would rather frag it and give it to some one to pay it forward rather than selling it. There will always be people with hidden agendas but I try not to let them effect the way I live my life or my view on things. Karma is a *****. It will bite them eventually.

I had a flame angel in my 125 and he was the meanest fish. He would come after me if I stuck my hand in the tank. He pestered my poor clownfish almost to death. He never touched any coral though. I do agree with everyone else. A 20g is too small for an angel. I have moved coral on rocks before from San Antonio. Not as far as you are going. I put the rocks in a bucket with water and got a battery powered air pump. Worked fine.

Tank has been up for a little over 1 year. My 3x 250 mh stay on 8 hours and 4 x 80w actinics are on 12 hours. This time of year my temp is staying between 78-80. Saturday after everything looked a little stressed. I left the lights off for 24 hours and I tested water again and everything was fine. I did a 60gish water change on Sunday and everything perked back up by Monday evening. I have to guess something was wrong with my water chemistry but apparently it was something I do not test for. I test for all the normal stuff. Not sure what else I could test for.

Halides are not cracked. Alk is 8.568 dKH.

I bought a 10 g ice bucket from ace restaurant supply. Think it was $19. It fits in the stand of my 125 and has a lid. It's food grade plastic.

I did a big water change yesterday and changed my carbon out. Now just watching and waiting. Hopping it was an isolated incident.
