medi
Just curious if anyone else is having issues with Firefox crashing everytime you get onto ARC's website? Every other website works great so it has to be something to do with ARC. I have tried reinstalling twice, and of course restarted the paperweight that is sitting next to me, with no success. I am having to revert back to IE which does not make me very happy. I keep saying one of these days I am going to make the leap to a Mac....maybe it is finally time. +ACampbell
I use firefox as my main browser, and I try to test ARC in all the main browsers. I am not having any issues. I assume you are using the latest version of FF. what version of windows are you using? Is the page just hanging or does it give you an error? medi
I am using the latest version of FF with Windows Vista. Everytime it happens the windows closes and then I get a message from FF that says something in the ballpark of Mozilla had an error and crashed. Derek
Hmm you may want to try Google Chrome. I use it as an alternative browser on my Mac, but generally just use Safari.

Wippit
You may have an add-on that's causing the problem.
