Might try grainger or ace hardware or plumbing supply stores, possible some of the LFS's stock some. I can't think I've seen anywhere local that stocks it off the top of my head. I've used vinyl tubing as "spacers" before. if the gap is too small, you can use layers of teflon tape and pvc glue to build it up to make the gap. and if you make it too big, you can sand it down. the tape is just a binder to hold the glue in place.. the glue is the real hero there.
