Dan H
I know there's quite a few of y'all that have an Apex, and during a recent visit to Matt's (mb86196) place, we decided to allow viewing access to each others systems. Seems like it could be handy for helping troubleshoot, tank-sitting, etc... Anywho, I'd like to offer view access to my system, and would love to be able to check out yours as well. Just post your username in fusion here and viola! We can add each other. To add someone, log in to your apex on Fusion, click on the little people icon (Authorization), then click on the little Person with the plus sign. Put in the username, and grant them view only access. Done! My fusion name: dhurlbert
Dan H
Also a quick note, the default name for the apex is apex. This could get really confusing, so you may want to change the name. To do this, you have to log in to the local apex system, and change the hostname in the Network Configuration tab. Then you have to reboot your apex and it should change the name to whatever your hostname is. Just make sure to use a unique hostname for your network. For example, I did "hurlbert-apex". FarmerTy
I'm all for sharing but oddly, for some reason I don't want others on my Fusion? Now if you're watching my tank for me while I'm off diving in Tahiti... that's another thing. It is cool that allowing access is so easily done with Fusion. Dan H
Well, If you want to see mine, just let me know your account. This sounds way too much like I'll show you mine if you show me yours.

Now if we're talking tank webcam access... indeed!
Dan H
Ironically I'd rather not give access to our webcam because I'm sure at some point we'd forget about it, and be naked cleaning the tank or something...
FarmerTy
We're like two ships passing in the sea Dan! I used to have a webcam (old phone running IPwebcam) on mine but after rearranging the room a bit, I lost my convenient mounting location for it. I only had access setup during certain hours though to avoid the cleaning glass in my underwear forgetfulness that could happen.
Dan H
I'm glad to know we're not the only crazy ones running around late at night working on the tank in our birthday suits / undies.

Dan H
Added you. You may want to change your apex hostname so it's easier to tell who's it is.
