FarmerTy
The pictures look great! You might want to put the pictures in separate folder on photobucket and make the rest of your pictures private or else everyone will be able to access the pictures you've uploaded to photobucket that are not reef-related.

bigtoysrock
I'm using a Nikon D5100, most of those were taken with a nikkor 50mm 1.8d or a 18-55mm kit lens. Lighting is under kessil a360we and different times of the day, reason why some have more blue than others.

Sherita
I think folks dont' post many pictures because it doesn't seem like anyone looks at them. I used to post tons of photos. But after a while, it gets tiring looking at our own pictures, and the silence is deafening.
bigtoysrock
Boy I need to update some of these pictures....
FarmerTy
I always enjoy looking at pictures of everyone's tanks, corals, and fish. I don't always feel the need to comment though but that shouldn't be taken as the lack of enjoyment.

jolt
BTR - those are some great macro shots. What kind of lens do you have?
bigtoysrock
Thank you. Nikon D7000 and most coral shots are with a Tamron 90mm, other shots are with a Nikon 50mm or 60mm macro.
jolt
I had read that the Tamron macro lenses are pretty nice. Is it true that 90mm or 100mm will produce better depth of field than 50mm or 60mm?
bigtoysrock
Yes, cause of range of focus.
