It's in great condition, clean, no rips or stains and comes from a non smoking home. Asking $650 for the set. Two accent chairs from Ashley Furniture, newly reupholstered and are also in great condition. They are very comfy and sturdy. Asking $125 each or $200 for the set. Grill is about 3 months old and has been cooked on a handful of times. Comes with a 20lb tank. It's a Dyna-Glo DGE530BSP-D 5 Burner Propane Grill. Asking $320.
