Anemone problem

I bought a GBTA from RCA a few days ago and from the time I got it home it never would attach to anything. I left the pumps off for several hours and it seemed to kind of attach to a rock. Well last night it got sucked into some of the slots in my overflow and appeared to be dead. I tried to remove it today and of course it just tore in half and now I have half of a dead anemone in between the very thins walls of my overflow box and cant get it out.

Any suggestions?

Ok got the majority of it out. Used and airpump and some airline attached to a long rod to put it at the very bottom of the gap and bubbled him out.

Question now is what to do to prevent harm to the rest of the tank. I doubt I got 100% of it out but I did get most of it. I have enough water for about a 15% water change and will also add some extra carbon but is there anything else I should do?
