Clear coat growing on rocks

Ok so I am still new to the saltwater tank hobby. Everything is going great as far as I can tell. One thing I am noticing is a clear slime growing on some of the rocks. This slime is not green, brown or any other color, just clear with some white specs in it. Any idea what this is?

Thanks

Juiceman - I cannot blow it off

DerrickH - right now I do not have a skimmer, no space for a HOB so I have to wait until I can get my sump put together so I can put it in there. Right now just filtering with fluval fx5 and the oh so cumbersome frequent water change, more so than normal. No carbon at this time.

I'm guessing this tank is pretty new. It takes many months (8 - 12) for a tank to "mature" and during this time a variety of algaes pop up and dissapear. Outside of brushing it off rocks or syphoning it off I don't typically go out of my way to get rid of the various algaes during this time.
