Michae52 Posted March 19, 2012 Share Posted March 19, 2012 I went to Lowes and picked up the items in the photo. 2-7/16 washers and these metal electrical covers. If you are off alittle you are able to slide them in the holes. You can also paint them, I just haven't as yet. Also if you want it fancier you can use ceiling fan covers.
