One entry per person. Picture must be red, white, and/or blue color related. Bonus karma points if you get all three colors in the picture. Can be taken in a tank or in the wild (but still must be taken by you). You may only win one membership per calendar year. Thus if you already won a photo contest in 2011, you may still enter, but will not qualify for a free premium membership if you win. Hmm.. not sure what the problem might be, others seemed to have been able to load pictures. Try again, and if you still have problems, PM me the picture and I will post it up.
