DMAN_123
I found this under my live rock today when I was moving it around. There are many more but this one is the biggest one I found. It looks like a worm with a bunch of legs. Does anybody know what they are of do? Are they good to have or bad?

Salty Jeff
If you have the space, 6 line wrasse does a good job of eating them, but I'm sure other stuff does too.

In small sizes your other tank occupants should be fine, but I have seen large ones steal food out of my anemone's tentacles.
Timfish
Dman, yeah I wouldn't handle it, those bristles along the side will break off in your skin and can be irritating. I've grabbed them accidentally moving stuff around and it's annoying but I'd say a fire ant bite is a lot worse. Considering how big I've found them when moving tanks and not had any problems with the inhabitants I don't consider them detrimental to a reef system just ugly. Doesn't mean I won't remove one if the opportunity arises.
