Crab Rangoon Posted July 27, 2010 Share Posted July 27, 2010 I've had my calls answered 75% of the time, or more - and have had a decent rate of calls returned to me via voice-mail. I haven't really had luck with the online contact form, though. Just be sure you're calling during business hours - but they are indeed a pretty busy 2 man team, and cellphones & water don't mix well ask me how I know.
