  1. How do you like the Bean Animal overflow? Would you do this again on a larger tank?
  2. bump still have some nice frags of red digi ~ $5
  3. Baffles are generally 1" apart and in an over-under-over configuration in an effort to prevent micro-bubbles from reaching the display tank. Melev has a nice explanation of them and all other issues pertaining to sumps at Melev's reef
  4. Here is the mother colony Frags are several months old and most are 2+" with multiple branches

  8. Got some awesome rics from Coral Morphologic today and they threw in about 25 small blue legged hermits that I don't need ~ Free to a good home Also got some nice sized frags of red digi and a few green paly's ~ $5/frag
  9. Let's see...she came to Texas from New York and is selling us stuff.... Isn't that the same thing as a carpetbagger?
  10. Is today the Italian version of April Fool's?
  11. Ridiculously orange red tentacles with a purplish blue center
  12. They are very beautiful and worth the extra expense in my opinion. Here is a shot of mine with T5 actinics.
  13. If mine splits then I will let you know. If you are ever in Dallas then check with Mickey (see previous thread) He has lots and they are great quality
  14. I've already picked out names for my frags... I assume the head frags are prone to floating so I will call it "Bob" Tail pieces tend to sit on the bottom so I am calling it "matt"
  15. Laura, You probably remember but I am a general surgeon as well as a wound specialist (though I have to admit I don't think I have ever seen a "marine" wound) I agree with Cindy's recommendations. Please give me a call if you have any questions or concerns. True palytoxin exposure is bad but you would know it if you had it...causes severe chest pain, trouble breathing. rapid heartrate and low blood pressure (feel light-headed) and is a medical emergency. 16. Mickey fed them silversides and mysis twice a week
  17. Mine appears to be very happy and staying put for the moment. Has already downed a half a silverside
  18. Here are a couple of photos of Mickey's tanks. He has 4 different groupings like this of RBTA in his 125 and 75
  19. If anyone else is interested in the Sherman variant RBTA then I highly recommend Mickey. Really nice guy and quality product. He has been raising them for 7 years and probably has over 30 in his 2 tanks (125 and 75g) He is located in Granbury, TX and can be reached via the DFWMAS.com site...Mickeyw43 He doesn't ship so you would have to go pick them up...2.5 hr drive from Round Rock but well worth it for me as this was exactly what I was looking for.
