  1. The skimmer is adjusted by moving the overflow pipe. It will slide up and down. The higher that pipe is the higher the water level and vice versa. Never had to restrict the air on a Euro-reef.
  2. Weird to see pictures of it at its new home, but looking forward to following its new life on this thread. Looks good so far, and agree with the others that it seems like a perfect location.
  3. Previously posted some pics in the complete systems area: http://www.austinreefclub.com/topic/15716-144g-oceanic-half-circle-system/ Tank: 144g Oceanic Half Circle Reef Ready Stand & Cap: Matching Oceanic stand and cap with Stainless Steel Trim Sump: Oceanic Sump Model 2 w/ removable wet/dry insert Tank, Stand, Cap, and Sump- $750 (This set-up is nearly $4000 new, tank and stand nearly $3500- http://www.indooreef.com/special.html)
  4. Trying to clear out the last few items and have reduced prices and listening to offers. I have edited the top post with new prices. Down to the actual tank/stand/cap/sump setup, the Tunze stream setup, and the skimmer.
  5. I understand your position, but just so the post is clear on this product, the skimmer is five years old and I got it new in box.
  6. At some date the Sedra 5000 became the base for the SP3 and it remained that way until Euroreef shut down. This skimmer must have been made after that date as the pump is a SP3 and is a modified Sedra 5000. This skimmer was probably made near the end of the 6-2+ run, because within months of purchasing it when I went to the Euroreef site they had switched over all of the model numbers. It is very quiet.
  7. Went back and looked it up. The SP3 is a modified Sedra 5000 so I guess the answer is actually "both." Given the earlier reduction in price at this point I am firm at $150.
  8. Here is a picture. The pump is the Sedra.
  9. Current USA 1/4hp Prime Inline Modular Chiller w/ single stage controller. Asking $300.
  10. Reduced price to $150. This skimmer is a great deal at this price.
  11. All cleaned up and ready to go. Great for tanks in the 125-150 range. I used it on my 144 reef. Asking $200.
  12. Final price reductions in top post. Will be bringing remaining livestock to River City for trade in on Sunday if it hasn't sold by then.
  13. Protein skimmer is still available. Reduced to $200 this morning. All prices are updated in the top post.
  14. Reduced prices on Tunze system and protein skimmer. Can accept credit cards via Paypal on tank and Outer Orbit light if someone is interested but doesn't have the cash on hand.
  15. If you want a quiet, reliable pump that is more in line with your flow needs look at an Eheim 1250 (maybe a 1048 would work with only 3' of head pressure, but a 1250 would be safest bet).
  16. Not much left. Reducing prices to get the last of it gone.
  17. I have a Euroreef 6-2+ for sale that has been doing a great job on my 144 reef for several years. PM if you are interested. I have it posted in my hardware thread as I am parting out the entire setup.
  18. I am. See my livestock thread. http://www.austinreefclub.com/topic/16142-144g-reef-tank-part-out/
  19. No fish for sale. I am moving some over to my FOWLR and I made arrangements for the others before posting. Most of the fish are extremely geriatric having been known to be in captivity 5-8 years, and my main focus was in finding the right setting for them instead of selling.
  20. I will have live rock available via the part out and break down of my reef tank. See thread here: http://www.austinreefclub.com/topic/16142-144g-reef-tank-part-out/ for prices/info. Rock will probably be available this weekend. I need to get a few more corals out of there first.
