I used to feed dead damsels to my anemones. I recently lost most of my anemones though.

Damsels... mean even when they're dead. :\

Even in death they can cause harm. Though if you get them out while they are still "warm" they make for good eats or good anemone food.

Lol! I wouldn't eat one, but I would definitely feed the whole thing to a 'nem if I had one.

as far as I have been able to tell, the only truly non-agressive fish is a dead one.

Even when dead, it can release chemicals that can hurt. Hehe

Cutting back on feeding helps, as well as doing frequent water changes.

Also, if you can find a place to put some macro algae, that will reduce your NO3 as well.

I've personally never done so, but I've heard that ReVive is a good dip to use and I think they have it at RCA.
