If you like the blue color or are not running actinics i really reccomend trying out SPS bulbs.

I don't have any atinics, just the standard disco ball MH fixture that comes with the Solana. By SPS you mean South Pacific Sunlight?

I'm looking to get a new bulb for my 34 Solana tank. It seems like the most popular ones are the phoenix 14k and the radium 20k. Pricing aside, what are your thoughts and experience? These would be the DE bulbs on a magnetic ballast.

+1 on the Kent Marine Nautilus Sea Squirt Feeding Prong. I have one of these and it works great. There is also a H2O Life Coral Feeder Squirt Tube on marine depot for about 30% of the price. No feeding stick on the end though.

Welcome!!! I suggest getting a timer for your lights. A basic one is about $5 and are a great convenience for not having to manually work the lights. The more you can automate in this hobby the more you can just enjoy your tank .

Does the picture show its color well?

I think it does, but I will confirm this with my girlfriend as I don't have the best eye for color .

Unfortunately I don't have the best bulb in the tank right now. If you look carefully you can see the sand bed has no tint to it.

Looking to sell a Rose Bubble Tip Anemone (RBTA). Approximately 4 inches across. Asking $80. The anemone for sale is a clone of the one in the picture. My clowns like to go back and forth and were in this one when I was taking pictures.

Any pics? How large are they?

I had a GBTA that was too small and one of my clowns loved it to death. I want to make sure the are large enough to handle loving.

One is about 7 inches and two are about 3-4 inches across. I have two clowns that are very loving and like to go back and forth between the three.

I have 3 RBTA in my tank right now. Would be willing to sell one. Look great, no signs of green. Let me know.

I'm good either way. It might be nice to have a larger group buy scheduled for a week or two to let others get in on it. It seems there are always people wanting an ATO and autotopoff.com seems to be the favorite place to get them. I'm not in a rush as this is mainly a convince for me.

If you never made it to tate1's house of corals, these lights work great. They grow coral like crazy.
