  1. Well certainly let me know. Those are huge frags and great looking
  2. Corals are looking great. Frag tank is packed. Well done.
  3. Perhaps I missed it but what size tank is this? Looks like a great build You could always mount the reactors on shelfs or the CO2 container on it's side above the tank? I like the walk around and access. Should be great for maintenance.
  4. Looks great Jolt. Those are some good sized frags in the FT. Take your time introducing to the DT and you'll be set. I like the rubble approach as well. BRS used to sell a rubble kit. Or just come over and grab a few extra pounds of rocks from my backyard and you'll be set
  5. That confetti looks like a mix between the SSC and Pinky the bear. Interesting. I saw Ty's the other day, you are ahead of him for coloring up. Well done. (I'm sure he will have some excuse about moving, baby, work, basketball, haircut, car, etc., etc., etc.)
  6. Wow, that's quite the change. Well done Masterflex
  7. The tip die off is interesting. Is it only those couple of tips on those few acros? If so, then to me it looks more like something is nipping at it than die off. If it's water or nutrients, I would expect to see more die off and less PE. The corals look healthy otherwise. What are you running your alk?
  8. You can buy blue PVC Didn't want to put a union before the bulkhead? Or a shut off to drain / maintain the OM?
  9. Looks great Ty. Looks like the cyano has cleared up a lot. I was going to ask why you put sand in your frag tank but I guess you need it for the fungia babies? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  10. Hey John, yes, that's the Bonsai that I got from you. It's settled in nicely and encrusting. It's odd in that one branch has a white hue while the other are solid purple. And that is the RR Canada Orange Passion. I can't wait for it to grow up. If it keeps that baby blue color with the orange polyps it's going to be really nice. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  11. Some picture updates. Everything continues to grow and color up. A couple of remaining corals are still green but I believe lower my PO4 a bit will help that out.
  12. Thanks Rob. They are settling in well. I'm up to 13 fish and would like to add a mandarin or two at some point but don't want to upset the balance that I have now.
  13. Looking good again John. What's the coral under the Hawkins? Green base with purple tips? Looks like an ASD coral Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  14. Thanks. I'm still a little concerned about the Triton results but right now everything is growing and has nice color so I'll continue the path.
  15. Hi Sissy. I've gotten most of my corals from Ty or Watchguy (on R2R). Ty is my favorite local shop.
  16. Hi Sissy. Good idea on the cardinal fish. I may do that with my next order. And I like that Diablo coral too. Can't wait for it to grow. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  17. Yeah, first test I have done with them. I may wait another few weeks and send in another one. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  18. Got my triton results in. Not sure how to evaluate the high Mo, I and Si. May need to do a water change. I've been dosing trace elements the past few weeks and I suspect that is the source of it. doc.pdf
  19. Good thing you can grow massive colonies Sam. You may not want to snorkel in that tank. Thanks for the info on Marc. I may give him a call and see. When is yours done? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  20. Sweet Sam. Not sure how I missed the first thread. Glad to see the big tank in the house. That frag tank will be nice. Is Marc building the stand too? I may need to look into that for a frag tank as well. How high off the water is the canopy? You could always add a few 4' T5 lamps to help supplement the Radions if you need, although I've heard that new G4 are really powerful Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  21. I'm very interested in your cryptic fuge. I've wanted to have one set up for a long time but never had the room. Please go that route and let me know how hit works. I've got part of my sump that gets little light and the sponge growth is amazing. I've also wanted to try a Xenia fuge but never had the room as well Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  22. Sweet Josh. Like the new addition. Was missing something when I saw it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
