Hi everyone,
As many of you know I am getting out of the hobby. I have already sold off my livestock, and now I have sold my tank. The person purchasing it (John, from Katy, and a member of MARSH) is coming to pick it up Sunday. I'm requesting volunteers to help us move the tank from my out out to the U-Haul he will be bringing. He will be here at Noon, Sunday, and this would only take no longer the 20 minutes. However, we do need some people. The kind people who help me move this tank into my new house already this is a heavy tank. So if you could spare 20 minutes this Sunday, your help would be greatly appreciated.
As an FYI, I am in Cedar Park, off Parmer and Brushy Creed Rd. I can provide an exact address for the people who can come by.
Thanks.

My understanding after having owned a corner tank and from what I've read is trying to get wave action in one is next to impossible. I could never do it, but then again, I never tried it with my wave box either.

I have an Elos NS 4000 I used for only about 3 months I'll sell you for about $600 or so (retail price new is $1699).

Thanks everyone that showed an interest, but the Goby has now been sold.

I have sold all my other fish, and my poor Blue Spot Goby still needs a home. If you have ever considered a Watchman goby, this would be a good alternative. he has the same personality as the Watchmen, same size, same behavior, he is just beige with bright blue spots instead of having a yellow body like the Watchmen does.
$20 OBO
Thanks.

That's great news! Thanks for the update.

Salt Dreams, sorry, Phamily had contacted me first and just took the tang/copperband.
Update:
2 Blue Chromis sold
2 cleaner Shrimp sold
Mandarin sold
The other fish are still available. Just an FYI, I plan to shut this tank down by the end of the week. Any fish left over will be sold to the LFS so... If yiou are interested in any go ahead and let's make a deal now. That way I know they have gone to a good home and you will be paying less than you would from the LFS.

So far:
2 cleaner shrimp, Mandarin reserved - wizardx233
2 blue chromis reserved - Robb
pending reservation on yellow tang/copperband combo - Phamily, Salt Dream second in line
offer on purple tang (below asking price, but best offer so far)

Phamily,
I'll give purplereef74 another hour or so to respond since he was first, but if he doesn't they are yours and you can pick them up this evening.
Just trying to be fair to everyone...
Stephen

Wizrd, that's fine.
Brooksreef, no he is a pod eater. If I had him frozen food trained, I wouldn't be selling him for $15.

Price on the Mandarin reduced to $15, and is availble now. I heard AD is selling them for that and want it to have a good home.
Viet-tin,
No pics on the wrasses unless the video is still up from when I posted the system for sale a couple of months ago. They look like the pics like on the Live Aquaria site. Yes, they are still available.
Purplereef74 and Phamily,
Can you give me a definite answer on the tang/copperband combo? You both were first, but I have someone that definitely wants them.
Stephen
-
BTW, I will be home the rest of the evening, for the people I have stuff reserved for, if you want to come pick up today.
Wizrdx322 and Robb I'm PM'ng you my cell #.
Stephen

BTW, I might have a Madarin available too. Its reserved right now for Joshdmartin, but I think he specifically needs a male. If that falls through, the mandarin would be $20, and I want to move him fast since I don't have any rock for pods left in the tank. Anyone interested would need to have a good pod population AND not have a 6-line wrasse or scooter blenny, as they will decimate the pds and starve out a mandarin. I learned this the hard way.
Understand Salt Dreams on the Copperband. I've never had a bit of aiptasia in my tanks.

Bummer offroaddodge, would prefer the Copperband to go to someone who has had onee.
Right now, Purplereef74 as asked about the tang/copperband first. Phamily is second. But they aren't currently reserved because neither has said they definitely want them.
Medi is second in line for the cleaner shrimp.

I'll contact everyone seperately later, as I have some stuff I need to get done today. However:
2 cleaner shrimp reserved for wizardx322
2 Blue Chromis reserved for Robb (I assume you want both?)
Wrasses - the Colonel is interested in one - but I need to know which one?
Purplereef74 - Yes, the Tang/Copperband combo is still available.

Fish for sale – shutting down tank.
Purple Tang (4” plus) - $150 OBO
Coral Beauty (3” – 4”, full grown) - $30 OBO
Blue Spot Goby (5” plus) – $30 OBO
2 Green Chromis (~3”) – $15 each, both for $25
2 Blue Chromis (~2”) – $15 each, both for $25
Lubbock’s Fairy Wrasse (~3” or plus) – $25 OBO
Red Velvet Fairy Wrasses (3” – 4”) – $55 OBO
Large Yellow Tang (4.5” plus) – this is a special deal. I want to try to sell the Yellow Tang with my Copperband Butterfly. I will only charge for the Yellow Tang, the Copperband will be free. The person does have to agree, however, to be willing to hand feed the Copperband, as generally other fish will out complete him for food at feeding time. He will also keep your tank completely Aiptasia free. - $40
2 Cleaner Shrimp (both good size) - $15 each, $25 both

Gabriel,
That is absolutely SUPER! Congrats! Couldn't happen to a nicer guy

I might have one as well. I'm definitely selling it, along with my other fish, but I would have to check with the couple that first asked about it first. It's 4 and 1/2 or more long.

+2 on getting the fresh air. Good point Mark.

Just wait. There are cloudy days over the reef too. Its more important to keep the bad stuff out of the water. A day or two without lights won't hurt the corals.

And by the way, it's not "AAAA", its "AAA Fire and Safety Equipment".

AAA Fire & Extinguisher
I can't remember what it cost, around $20 - $30 I think. I think its on Gonzales, but its right where Gonzales ends at Airport by the Mercedes dealership.

Thanks! This has been a hard decision to make.

I could just now get on the board. I appreciate everyone who have said they could help so far. This is a situation where I would much rather have too many than not enough. Again, for anyone considering, it should only be for no more (and probably less) than 20 minutes - although anyone is welcome to hang around longer if they want. My address is 816 Arrowhead Trail, Cedar Park, TX, 78613. If anyone needs my cell phone # PM me and I'll send it straight over.
