if I knew enough about programming I would have an APEX, that's why I just have the simple RK, all I have to do is set what time I want an object on and off and it does it. I have the temp probe and PH probe but don't use them to control anything. They r just for reference. Hope this helps Chad.

that's why I do my own water changes...the controller I have just turns things off and on.
-
I got the sheet metal for the sump area, atleast the bottom will be water tight. 2"x 118" to hold anything that leaks.

Agree with TIM...take it out and either leave it out or go to HomeDepot and buy some smaller pieces of glass and put them across the top where u need them.

I too will never give up my halides, from what I can tell LEDs seem to grow algae easy. JMO, I have 200Ws of them and im starting to think I may go back to T5HO bulbs. I run a chiller.

I have a Savage 270 that I bought when I was 18 and it has been threw all the trials and tribulations, shoots great with just your average off the shelf Remington corelock bullets. I have tried nice ammo like Hornady and hand loads and my gun just shoots the best with the corelock. For the deer here in Texas anything from a 223,22-250,30-06,243 will be fine. The other thing is that I haven't shot a deer with a gun in over 7 yrs, im one of the luck ones that gets to start deer season this weekend. Its SO much more exilerating to shoot a deer with a bow.

or portapower the stand up and put the shims under the feet of the stand. That may be better.
-
could be depending on time and $. but I like to do things at my house so that if I need something I forgot I hv it.
-
That sure is a big shim underneath the left side. The front and back glass will screaming STRESS... Maybe u can cut a shim to match the length of the gap and relieve the stress on glass
