  1. OK, all the livestock is spoken for and the system is being taken down Friday morning.  If there's any hardware you want, let me know.  I'm open to offers on the tank/stand/hood as I'd love to get those out of the house quickly.

If you're on the list to buy stuff and I haven't gotten hold of you, please reach out to me and let's figure out a time for you to come buy what you wanted.

  2. He looks big enough that he may accidentally damage the coral, but I again don't think it's intentionally trying to eat your acro. I probably should have documented our nasty acro-eating crab when it happened. Would have been useful for others to see what that looked like. I actually had to stab him with tweezers to get him out. Lil stinker was running from 1 acro to the next beating up on them.

  3. I don't think he's eating the acro, he's just looking for algae. They aren't exactly smart. We had an acro eating crab and trust me, you'd know if it were eating that coral. The tips would all be mangled up and what not. You can see in the video that the crab is gently trying to scrap algae with his claws, not smash the acro to get tissue.

  4. Yeah, Meg has already denied that request multiple times now. Eh, I'm not sure I'd want to pull a Ty and have like 35 tanks running or whatever. whistle.gif

Actually it's kinda nice having it be a limited space because it forces us to restrain ourselves. I would imagine if we had some massive frag tanks, it would be ultra time consuming and we would do nothing else all day.

Fish restock plan so go along with the magnificent Foxface and cleaner wrasse. And some type of sand sifter goby.

That's a seriously large stock list. In my opinion, too much bio-load for that system. It's going to make it hard to keep the nutrients under control.
