I usually just quote a total price for the frags including shipping.  What I pay for shipping including the freight, box, etc is usually about $45.  Go ahead and PM me if you are interested and we can discuss more. 

I can ship, but not outside the USA.  That requires an export license and CITES clearances.

Sorry to hear about the corals. Looking at your parameters I’m not sure what it could be. I will say I don’t like to run alk that high, but I’m no way sure that is what the problem is.

I agree that is low PAR for coral, but I am not sure how badly the inability to close the lid affected things.  I have no experience with biocube lighting, but hopefully someone else on the forum has more info.   I think at one time maybe @victolyhad a biocube with a light kit on it, but not 100% sure.

If the growth is that picture above, it looks like another anemone to me.  If it does not look the same to you as the aiptasia it could be a mojano anemone maybe?

Those spots look like vermetid snails.  It looks like you have them on your rocks as well in the pictures.  I would take a scalpel or knife and break them off.  In my opinion they are not a huge problem but can become irritating to the coral because they let out a little web to trap food.   You can see one of the webs in your picture.  Here's a bit more info:
