Ill have to see when the time comes what to do. Still a while down the road so just putting feelers out in advance. Never heard of epic reef. Will check it out

As far as fish, Probably too many.
2 clowns
2 pj cardinals
1 solar wrasse
1 green chromis
1 foxface
1 bluespot goby
As for corals, I don't have many.
1 torch
1 frogspawn
Various zoas
1 scroll
1 goniopora
2 little mushrooms
That's about all I can think of right now. I would be willing to frag out. There are only a few that I really would like to hang on to since I just got them. I will be posting more about it when the time comes around. I still have to save some cash and try to sell things that I have currently. So maybe we can work something out.

That's something I might have to consider. I don't have room for any tubs. And I'm not leaving the hobby. Just thinking about a whole new setup. If I have to get rid of everything, I will. Just don't want it to come to that.

This isn't urgent, but I am considering doing a major overhaul in the near future. And I would like to keep most of the livestock I currently have. I was wondering how I would go about finding someone or a few different people to fish/coral sit while I am in the middle of the transformation? It might not happen before the end of this year. But I would just like to put it out there to see if anyone would be willing to help out for frags or some sort of compensation. That way I don't have to get rid of everything when it comes down to the change. The reason I ask is, it may take a few weeks to even months to get the change complete and I just don't have anywhere to put the stuff. It would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Hopefully mine will last a decent amount of time. Now i know for the future i guess

@Juiceman, I got it at Aquatek. I had a few rocks of zoas that I couldn't find a place for so I just traded them in. They had two others about the same size as this one. It is pretty as hell. I hope it can stay alive for a while.
@Ty, I will look into that link later tonight. I have heard about the red goni being a little hardier than this one. Also about the alveopora. And the monti is up in the tank in the brightest parts and in a lot of flow. Since I moved it there, I have been noticing the polyps coming out. So it must be happy I guess.

New addition I picked up yesterday. It's awesome! I have come to find out Goniopora doesn't seem to last long. Anyone have any tips for it?
Also got this piece of monti from Ban. It looks like it is doing great. Polyps always sticking out. It is really bright green. I don't know the actual name of it if anyone can help out there. And if anyone has any tips for it as well I would appreciate it. Does it look ok from the pic? Hard to get a decent shot of it where it's located.

Check out adding 2 par 38 bulbs. Only 100 each and should be way more than enough for anything to thrive imo. Or add one kessil a150. Both are led so will run cool and should offer plenty of light. Im still a noob so maybe more people can chime in to help. Also look at ai sol nano too. Hth

Forgot ai sol leds on 90% for 10hrs

Ive noticed it after adding a flake food into the mix of mysis and brine. Dont know if that has anything to do with it. Also have noticed little black spot on my two clowns after adding my gbta. Any insight on that? Sorry to change the subject

Ok. I didnt know it starts out green

I just noticed tonight that I have a bright green algae growing in some spots. I read elsewhere that coraline starts out green before the pink and purple comes in. Is this true? Its not soft or hairy. And doesnt seem to come off when i scrub it. If this is evidence of coraline, I am happy.

Looks good capt. Did you screw the shelf mounts in to studs in the wall? I have 2 sols that i am trying to find ideas for hanging them. Your way seems fairly simple and clean

Wow these pics are amazing for your first dslr! Great job. I too am interested in the photo barrel you are using. Shooting through the glass sucks.

Ok that gives me enough notice tobe able to take off. I cant make this one, but will definitely try for the next one. Now that I know when they are.

Man, I can't take off of work. My coworker has to for the F1 races. Are meetings usually held on Sats?
-
Here is a pic of the awesome fungia plate I got from Ty. It's freaking awesome. Thanks again Ty!

Im going to try to take that day off to make it. I would like to meet more people. Can i pay for premium there? Or do i have to pay on site and pick up card there?
-
Awesome. Tgen i will have a mix of reds, greens and uv for my supplemental lighting. And if they are cree, then that should help with growth too i would assume?
-
No top or canopy on mine. I top off about 1 gallon every 2/3 days. No fish have ever jumped either.

I dont use awb because the light is so blue. But i have been trying to tweak the wb to a setting that works and cant seem to get it right. Just wondering if there are any rules of thumb to go by.
