I think my GBTA is on it's way to Cnidarian heaven. I have no idea why, it's just been all shriveled up for 3 days now, and it's foot hold isn't very strong. Any suggestions?

I haven't officially started a real feeding regiment yet, but the couple of times I did try this food out I had trouble with it...that is, once it's defrosted and I try to put it in the tank, it pretty much disintegrates immediately. There's not any real form to it, so a lot of it just doesn't get eaten. I'll start the regiment tonight (rabbitfish now showing ich spots).

Hopefully you haven't had any more isopod issues, but IMHO a cleaner shrimp would not be able to handle an isopod...I doubt it could catch it, and even if it did, it wouldn't be able to get through the exoskeleton. I would not give up on watching for these bugs and trying to catch them, I've read they can lay up to 40 eggs at a time, and you sure don't want them multiplying if you do have more than one in there.

By the way, something that was never mentioned to me, and I wish I had known is that to mount the LEDs you really need to use countersunk screws. Not that the screws themselves are to be countersunk, but the shape of the screw head is very important, as you don't want the screw to touch the solder pads. Just about the only way to do this is to use countersunk style screw heads. Just a tip so maybe someone else won't have to make an extra trip to the hardware store.
