    My 150gallon aquarium did a water change while I wasn't home, lost about 100 gallons or so. FML

    Well tank is completely cleaned out, sump and skimmer are crystal clear again. Sand flushed out with vinegar and water. Rock soaked in vinegar and sun bleached. New return pump as well. Hoping to have tank back in the dining area this weekend and start over :(

    Does anyone know if you can still drill the side of a tank if the bottom is tempered???? Also is it safe to remove the plastic ring from a 40gal breeder tank??? Thanks in advance!!

      From what I've been told, if the bottom is tempered its a safe bet that the sides are, also. I could be wrong, though.

      True, but since inception I've lost a Kole Tang, Mandarin, Carpenter Wrasse, Red Scooter Blenny, 3 Peppermint Shrimp, Fire Shrimp, Yellow Tang, and now the Psuedo. All in one year. FRUSTRATING!
