  9. Any particular reason for that line of thought? I think it's pretty nice actually. Hell I bought some FW fish at Aquatek this weekend and they don't guarantee them, PERIOD. I've already had one die (this morning)... so I may have well have put $3 in my shredder as far as I see it. With Petco I could have taken the poor corpse in for exchange/refund. Poor little tetra i say this because i had a hard time returning my pseudochromis because he terrorized and nearly killed everything in my tank, but their "policy" was no returns on saltwater fish because they are not guaranteed to survive acclimation. i stated that in the nicest way possible. (this also was an impulse buy. he was so pretty though lol) i'm glad they helped you out.
  10. i'm surprised petco actually accepts returns for saltwater
  11. the condy anemone is not one that'll willingly allow any clown to host it. i've heard the more aggressive clowns would host it like the clarkiis. but a good way to keep your anemone from eating your fish, is to keep it fed. the bta's are a good beginner's anemone because it's one of the least harmful anemone. good luck. sorry for your clown loss
  12. looking good! =) i plan to raise a couple erecti(us?) when i get back from this deployment. any advice?

      Come home safe!

  14. ok, so last night he was excreting some nasty s***. halfway out my cleaner shrimp grabbed hold of it, yanked it out, and started eating it. my flameback and blenny were also fighting over it. i was like but it's looking good now. trying to get my perc to host it. if that's the case, man, i overfed it.
  15. thanks man. kinda figured cuz everything around it seems to be ok.
  16. I fed it a piece of silverside last night, and this after noon i found him like this. should i worry?
  17. bump for a great reefer! no bs!
  18. ^^is that xenia on your tuxedo? lol too funny
  19. i think the wives actually like the calm setting of the tanks, they just don't want to admit it because it's a money pit. deep down inside they enjoy it. sort of like an ambient setting. my wife isn't as motivated as i am, but i catch her checking out the tank in her peripherals lol. she loves the dwarf fuzzy i got from RCA. she thinks it's bada**. lol Thanks Francis! she also says i need more color in the tank. bad mistake! haha that's basically telling me to buy more corals. but 9 out of 10 times, the "wardens" love the reefs. they just don't want to admit it because of the mula invested in them....
  20. what you doing?
