  1. well I was making RODI water, forgot and left to get some goodies from RCA doomsday sale. came home to find my kitchen floating. I used my shopvac to get the water off the floor. about 10pm an apartment maintenance guy was pounding on my door saying we had a leak. I explained my water filter failedwhistle.gif and I cleaned up the mess. I guess I will be paying for a paint job for the downstairs unit.

My question is does anyone have a suggestion on how to do an auto shut off or a pressure tank? Im on the second floor and do 15g water changes at a time. I currently keep 3 water jugs full but need a fail safe way to protect my neighbors from stupid.

  2. so I'm building a paludarium, half aquarium half vivarium. I picked up a bunch of limestone from around the lake and pressure washed it and some limestone gravel, my concern is how it will affect the water. any one have experience using limestone in freshwater tank?

  3. I just ordered, came to $38.73 after the $5/off. This is the first time I've ordered from them. I choose group buy, but did not see a place to indicate what group. So I just put it in the comments as ARC (Austin Reef Club). If there is something else I need to do please let me know.

I think that's all you have to do, you should receive an confirmation email.

  4. I started thinking I would do this in a 10g but deciced I wanted more hight, Im thinking a 29g would do but I wouldnt turn down a larger tank if the dimensions are right foot print should be about 24-36 inches, depth should be near 18 and the hight close to 24(if available) Please pm me or post pricess.

I believe what Im wanting to build is a palundarium

  5. Looking at doing a fresh water habitat. I want a tall tank to build up a rock wall that will incorporate a water fall, the tank will only be filled about half way with water, the top half would be a planted terrarium. Im open to thoughts and suggestions.
