  3. I need to order some MH250 20k bulbs. Will likely order from 1000bulbs. I have never done a GB with them so if any one is interested in taking the reins I would be happy to let you. shipping cost would be 9.93 up to 21bulbs and it goes up from there. I will divide the order price by the number of bulbs to determine the final cost to each member. I would like to order this Friday morning 10 a.m. 9/6/2013

  4. also with MH lighting you might run into heat issues, I would keep good ventilation around the light and not have it in an enclosure. you might consider finding used LED system or consider adding a chiller. I run MH over my 75g and use a chiller. You might also consider Power Compact, PC, lighting depending on what you want to keep and the amount of money you want to spend. I think RChavez had great luck with some sps in smaller tanks running PC lights. Welcome to the club and happy reefing

  5. There is a product called plastidip that sprays on and is a kind of rubbery surface when it drys. It can be peeled off if desired and over spray is an easy cleanup, just let it dry and peel it off. It is sold at home depot and Lowe's. I have only used it on my vehicle but I'm sure it would work great on the glass. YouTube it for some cool uses. And I always use spray paint/plastidip out doors...fumes.
