According to the article unless they don't have their facts straight then it's Idaho Aquarium Director and Owner Ammon Covino Aquarium Director Christopher Conk So Chris Conk was convicted 2 years ago with his ex wife. Regardless of who officialy owns the aquarium they are brothers (Vince Covino and Ammon Covino)and knew what they were doing was wrong since Chris Conk was already convicted and is probably still on parole. Although I'm all for an aquarium in Austin I cannot allow these guys to ever open shop here. Sorry guys doesn't look like this is going to happen.

Wow good find jestep. After I get my new tank up I can start accepting 50,000 visitings a year at $3 a pop. It would be nice to have an ARC co-op at the aquarium where each member can pay in to rent/have donated a tank and aquascape/stock it to their liking and care for it.

I have some you can scrap off my glass if you'd like. I've also had great sucess in using purple up in conjunction with dosing to really boost it.

Agree with everyone else. Your tank is just in the beginning stages. I would do a 20% water change weekly for a month without adding anything but a clean up crew which should include some turbo snails and peppermint shrimps. I would stay way from hermits.

From my understanding it appears photos need to go in 2 different spots. A build log and somewhere else right? Also the 1 picture a month does not specify having water or even being a FTS. "Each participant will be responsible for a build log (min 3 photos) as well as photos at the beginning of each month (min 1)." Edit... I guess it's this piece your talking about in the Livestock section "All tanks must be set up no later than February 15th, and no sooner than January 15th."

Decided not to do 2 47g talls side by side and buy a rimless. Too bad I have to wait 3-4 months for it.

I use the modified durso standpipe method for my HOB overflow. When I was running an under rated pump I would just close one pipe so I know it'll work in your instance.
