    I have got to be stupid or something. Going on a diet and quitting smoking at the same time. I'm miserable, but losing weight. And tomorrow will be three weeks smoke free.

      That happens to me at least once a summer - in a new house no less! I hear your frustration. Believe it or not, frozen water bottles do the trick in a pinch.

    Tragic, and irritating.. Came back to work for the first time in a week, only to find a AA battery in my pico tank. Wiped out all inverts, LPS and Fish are ok, but allmy softies are dead including GSP

    Disaster struck today. My main frag tank crashed while I was at work. About $3000 in corals gone just like that.

    I totally killed everything in my 12 gallon nano :(. Medicating the entire tank is never a good idea - I should have just stuck with water changes. I hate life lessons (especially ones that repeat themselves).

    Tore out the back wall of my biocube yesterday. Loving the new look. Hating the fact that I lost both peppermint shrimp and one black osc. clown :(. WTF

      h2s release makes more sense. I don't know the chemistry of my tanks, I just know when something looks bad. My remaining fish has survived :) so things are looking up.

      I think there was a pile of gunk in the back and I didn't siphon enough of it out. All my snails and corals are doing fine, though.

    Sometimes being addicted to this hobby really sucks. Just spent almost $200 on a new tank/light/filter that I don't really need - just want. Arrgg - I should kick myself.

      but to answer your question - the tank and light will replace the current set up for my pea puffer (more appropriate lighting for a planted tank) and the filter will be used on my five gallon that's going to my office.
