Check the breaker, also. I had one that tripped well below it's rating. Replaced it with a new breaker of the same rating, no more nuisance trips.

@NonSequitur: Thanks for the advice! I will see if there is an issue with the breaker.

@mcallahan: I'm thinking about going down to 2x 150/175mh or T-5's... I'm open to LED as a possibility.
