Just had the best ride in a cop car in my life. Got into it with my wife at BDP on I35 and Howard. She made me upset that I decided to walk home. Only problem is that I live 30 miles and phone is dead. I made it about 17 miles, and was running out of steam. Didn't want to ruin anyone's 4th, so I kept pushing. Cop in Hutto stops me. He checks into my story and offers me a ride. I gladly take it. He ends up taking me the rest of the way and we have awesome conversations. Just been a crazy night. Almost got into it with some homeless people and their guard dog. Thought I was taking their territory. Right when I was running out of options the lord answered my prayers. Thank u officer Chris. Just know there are a lot of good people in the world, no matter their badge or uniform. They are here to help protect us and serve us. Also, forgive people that fall. Help them get back up. I feel so blessed in life, after my failures.

Want to wish all of my fellow ARC members a happy and safe 4th. Don't hesitate to catch a cab or ask someone for a ride if you drink. Had to learn this the hard way. Not fun at all.

Wish I would have seen this topic before I placed my order. I ordered a pack of the cleaners just becasue of the free shipping/pods. I haven't never ordered from them, but the price was right for me. Hope it's worth it.

Awesome Grog. Interesting point about them splitting when they are smaller. Mine is huge, and I don't really want it to split. Yeah, Siversides in a bag are hard to break off, after they have been thawed out.

C Lo Slice, that's a good job at Dell. I have a degree in marketing too, but never used it. I just liked the $ where I was at and stayed. I tried to move to the Round Rock buildings recently, but a high up manager that I know over there told me to ride it out. He said things were tough all over for Dell. He said he could hook me up, but that he had to cut cost. The only way they can do that is to cut people. He was right. They just let go 200 people. Some of the people that got cut were originally from my building. They had been there less then 6 months. That's what sucks about trying to make a move, the new person is always first to go. I'm just going to let everything unfold. I got 4 jobs that will higher me. Some more $, some less. Just scared to be on a probation period without insurance with these last 3 medical events in our life's. Too bad none of my options are in marketing. What a waste.

I know that Samsung is going to be hiring like crazy soon. The company that I want to work for when my Dell days are over, is working on the hvac, plumbing, and electircal on 2 buildings on Dessau. I think it's almost done. They already have 2 buildings on Dessau. If u want to apply for the jobs, be ready to work an insane amount of hours.

Been working at Dell for 13 years. Don't see 14 though. Well maybe, just because I'll hit 14yrs in Oct. Need a career change. Waiting for a package for my hard work I've put in, then I'm out.

Really glad to hear about their new approach. Hope it works out. My fiancé was just telling me how her and her cousin were at Petco and how she was explaining some stuff to her cousins son. She was telling him about freshwater and saltwater and he was getting all into it. A lot of people start off at major petstores looking for a new hobby or something cool. If they make some changes, I think it would be great for the hobby.

Ok, so I have to ask this question now. Is there bad blood between ARC and Shane? Why is he so strongly against this site. We all are n the same hobby. Is it like how LA fans hate Bos fans or something like that?

Thanks Dapettit. CMidd, that was amazing. I've been following the draft for 2 months. I never thought we had a chance of drafting Claboirne, and been fretting about the thought of Poe for weeks. What a job the Boys did to trade up and take the drafts best defensive player. He has a chance to be elite and him and Carr should turn around that secondary immediately. Kind of sucks to not have a 2nd rd pick, but who knows maybe Jerry works some magic. Ok thats my other addiction. I'm a big time sports junky. If I'm not researching my aquarium issues, it's about sports. I'm a huge Laker, UNC, ATM, Cowboys, and Texan fans. I'm constantly watching basketball, and football, and other sports to a less degree. Really into fantasy football as well.

Thanks to everyone for yalls response and input. This is a hell of a hobby. My hobby used to be drinking. This saved me from it. I stopped 8 months ago and needed something to take its place. I was bored. This hobby works for me. I find it amazing.

I was a little upset and confused when I started this topic. That was because of what I was told and what the test results were. Everyone please don't think of me as a jerk. I was pretty excited too, because of the Claboirne pick by the Cowboys at the time. That had me pumped.
