+mcallahan
I'd go 2x#3's. Maybe a #1 behind your rock work to keep away the dead spots. Tunze Nano streams modded to be 1100 GPH would work as well. I have 2 on my 90G and they get the job done very well.
muddybluewater
The number I shoot for is 30-35x turn over per hour. So a 75g would need 2200-2600gph. The mag 5 seems small for the return. I would think you would want 5-700gph.

I read that the small nano streams are not controllable Does that mean when I get a rkl down the road I can not use the wave control part I know the k3 would not operate with the rkl. pbnj
In my 75g, I have two Koralia #4s, a Mag18 return pump (goes through chiller first), and a Tunze Wavebox.

pbnj
Yep. It's only cranked up about 33%. I bought it for my 240g and tested it out in my 75g. It's so cool, I left it in.
