+dapettit
How long have you had him? Did he just wake up?
Stephen
i've had him for about 6 weeks. at first he wouldn't eat until i got some different foods. he really enjoys the frozen brine shrimp
+dapettit
How old is your system?
+ACampbell
Like dapettit mentioned, it could have just awakened from his mucus cocoon. They sleep in the sand. I hope that is the case.

+dapettit
Sorry to hear about you loose. This spieces it very hard to keep. I tried three times and gave up. Of course my system was less than a year old.
barderer
I love leopard wrasse. But they are soooo hard to care for.
Stephen
man, that makes me upset. the guy at the fish store told me that they were easy to keep. my fault i guess i need to just research next time.
TKG
You had better luck than I did. I just picked one up and it died within 24 hrs. They sure are pretty, but not the easiest fish to keep.
+dapettit
If I'm not mistaken they should be kept in mature tank (at least a year old) with large colonies of pods. Even then it's not guaranteed. Also tank mates should be somewhat docile. I may be wrong, just my experience. Dave-
Kkiel02
Also remember that leopards are very prone to internal parasites. I recently lost two to a tank epidemic(velvet), these were by far the worst as they had been with me for quite some time. I would try Pazi Pro(spelling?) next time while they are in the qt. They have the tendancy to look fine one day then die the next because of these parasites.
