I am not suggesting street address, but a general location like North/Central/South Austin, Buda, Killeen, Kyle, etc. I have noticed when people post items for trade/sale, one of the first questions asked is "where are you located". Put up a notice in the "for sale rules" that says that if it is reported that there is no evidence of the current location that it will be immediately moderated. I'd delete the post and send it to the poster via a PM with an explanation stating that they may copy/paste re-list their ad, but it must include a location.
