Selling a med wild acro stag colony I've had for 2+ years that I don't want to frag/chop up. It has a neon green body with pink tips, great polyp ext, and growth rate. It's about 6"X 6". To me, it resembles a Paletta pink stag...you be the judge. Asking $100. Live in Kyle but can meet in South ATX if needed. I will be keeping a 1" frag of the colony once it sells. PayPal is key. First come first served. Text for faster reply 210-834-3852 Roy.

Also selling a wild collected med soli acro colony that I've had for 2 years. It's getting too large for my 65 gal sps tank. It's beige body with purple tips. It grows in a platting pattern. When I first got it it had more purple but my nutrients are pretty high. Great polyp extension. Selling colony for $80. It also measures 6" in diameter. Not willing to frag at this time.

You should hit up that PMRogers guy that has the massive tank on ReefCentral. He lives in Austin but isn't really active on ARC. He wanted to go all SPS and he's still in stocking mode. Those colonies will go nicely in his tank.

Looks great Rory. Nice work with the mari colonies.

+1

Those are definitely a testament to your dedication and skill level as an SPS keeper. Maricultured SPS have been so hard for me to keep alive and here you be been able to not only grow them but also establish them to the point that they can be considered aquacultured. Beautiful colonies and great asking prices Roy!

Thanks. I've learned through yrs of experience not all acros like the same parameters. Some come from very low nutrient waters while others come from higher nutrient habitats and have great color. It's about finding that ideal zone so to speak. Then when you are happy and admiring it for some time something goes out of wack...usually because of some aquarist/equip error.

Just take the good with the bad and keep up with your maintenance.
