Not sure if subsea still has his thing going, but he was producing gracalaria hayi in bulk. I definitely prefer hayi to dragon's breath as it has a more solid structure and is much easier to attach and scape with.

I grow this in my display. Halimeda Incrassata. It's calcified and fish won't eat it.

I grow this in my sump...among other things. Gracilaria Hayi. Some Tangs and Angels eat it and some do not.

I stopped growing Ulva and G. Tikvahiae because they were too delicate and the Chaetomorpha choked them out. To grow either of those two, you would have to have an area dedicated to them with low flow and no barriers to light. I also stopped growing Caulerpa Prolifera and Caulerpa Taxifolia because they are too invasive. I believe I was the only local grower of Dragon's Tongue, but a fish got into my sump and ate my entire stock before I found him.
