TexasPipefish Posted July 14, 2013 Share Posted July 14, 2013 This bright yellow leather coral is washing up on Padre Island, Texas.It seems to be growing over the stems of some other plant, forming longstrings. Thisspecies has several color variations including bright yellow. (I looked at pics of the Yellow Sea Whip, Pterogorgia citrina, and it is not this coral.) Anyone interested in a strand of bright yellow Colorful Sea Whip (Leptogorgia Virgulata). I have several strands, and I'd like to find a new home for them - one with plenty of phytoplankton.
