LEW
Anyone have any experience with these beautiful little guys? I am considering setting up another nano and they are on my short list of cool tiny fish.
thedude
My only experience is that I see them on my list from time to time and they're EXPENSIVE for such a little fish. John
Noodle
Caesar777 on nano-reef.com had one in her mid-size nano. From some of her posts, she says that they are highly secretive and hides 99% of the time. It is a beautiful goby though... but price vs. how often you will see this goby, it might be a better to look at other (more social) gobies. LEW
Thanks! Got any recommendations for some pretty little gobies that love the spotlight?
Headless_donkey
Hifin goby w/ shrimp is pretty fun. Or yasha hasha boby
+ACampbell
I vote yasha also. Nothing beats a shrimp/goby combo.
Noodle
Gotta agree with the others that a yashia haze & pistol shrimp combo is an awesome sight to behold. There's also the orange stripe shrimp goby (A. randalli) and the Tangaroa Goby which have great personalities too.
LEW
Cool. I'll keep that in mind when I get the tank going. We are gutting an old TV to build the tank into. It's going to be neat!
