Proper Lighting

I have 2 48inch Marineland Reef Capable Led lights I was wandering were these sufficient light for a 90 gallon for polyps and shroom and some LPS

Here's a chart I go by, provided by one of the other ARC members. You'll need to borrow or buy a PAR meter to test your setup.

I have more information in my RC blog. Note: I'm not a marine biologist or coral expert (by any means), but I know optoelectronics.

I don't disagree with the rough guidelines George posted but for best success try to find corals that have grown under similar lighting conditions to what you have. For example I've had a Frogspawn colony do well with just 10 PAR and it would have to be carefully acclimated to 100 or 200 PAR. If I remember correctly the Marineland Reef Capable LED has charts showing the PAR readings and on shallow tanks may work fine but I suspect will be weak if used on a 90. Aquadome has some of ARC sponser BuildMyLED fixtures as well as some other LED fixtures if you look at some of your options.
