Tanks lights

I have a friend with a 72X20X26deep tank he wants to make into a fresh water fish and plant tank. He wants to do LED lights and I told him I did not think he needed the high dollar radions :)

What led's would work well for plants and fish on a tank that size and he is not a diy type so just wants to buy premade.

You definitely want warmer range lights. When I was hot and heavy into planted tanks I used a combo of 10k and 6500k (50:50) and am fairly certain that this could be reproduced with LEDs. Check out BAMF aquatics LEDs. Gabe knows his stuff.

i never heard from your friend... but in all honesty i wouldn't use lowe's leds for growing anything/ they are basic illumination not meant to grow anything. sure you could get something to grow moderately but you need much higher intensity for corals. if those are putting out 75 par through a foot of water i'd honestly be impressed.
