I use a Fluval internal filter sometimes with carbon and/or GFO in a nylon stocking so it's cheap to toss when used. Fluval makes a variety of sizes of internal filters, the smallest is the nano 2 1/2 by 1 1/2 by 7 tall and would hold about 2/3 cup of carbon in a media bag Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
