FarmerTy
I'm looking to lower my water level in the display tank. What is the easiest way to cut the teeth down on the overflow to do this? I've researched dremel attachments and hand files. I do have a router attachment for my dremel as well. -Ty
mFrame
Are you trying to do this with water still in the tank?
FarmerTy
Mike, Guess that was an important detail. Yes, water will be in the tank but it can be lowered to about halfway down.
caferacermike
You can always drill it instead. How far are you trying to go? I've seen people that just drilled holes about 5/16"-3/8" about a half inch below the teeth on the overflow. Looked pretty good.
FarmerTy
I didn't even think about that. I guess it would allow for more water to rush in lowering my water level as a result. Thanks Caferacermike. -Ty
