wesreyn
I built a 20 gallon AIO before but I cant remember what thickness the acrylic I used was. This time I am going to order black acrylic and dont wanna order something that wont work. So, what thickness would you recommend for building the chambers in a 20 long? Timfish
I'd use 1/4" but you could probably get by with 1/8" for the dividers. If you're building the tank itself use 1/4" for the tank.
jestep
1/4 minimum for anything that supports water. Baffles can usually be 3/16 or 1/8 if they bear no load or pressure at all.
