It is well built, carpet covered, ported, and wired for bridging with very good thick wiring. The other is thin and designed for placemen behind a pickup seat. I had them in an old Nissan 4x4, but they should fit behind most standard pickup seats. This one includes 2 older 10" Pioneer speakers. $50 for all of it, $30 each...
