Elizzy
So according to those results, if you were to use, say INSTANT OCEAN salt and do a water change - could your nitrates go up?
Robb in Austin
The results from AWT have been called into question many times. Run a search on RC. There is also a sticky in the RC chemistry forum for Ca/Alk/Mag for many popular brands of salt. I would trust those numbers more than AWTs. Just my $.02. I'd say run your own tests on your own salt and if not happy, switch brands. Also, watch your tank for signs of happy vs unhappy.
