I tried to cut it (with a scapel), peel it, epoxy over it and nothing worked.

So I removed the rock it was covering. That did the trick!

Hobby stores usually have disposable exacto type knives. I'd either use an old credit card or the surest way is to do what Mcallahan said and remove the rock.

+1 listen to Mark... I thought I removed it all.....and ended up getting rid of the rock

Derry, just cut it with a straight edge razor. If you can, take rock out of water nd just cut cut cut.

sorry i didnt make it today, spread 2000# of soil this morning then went to sleep and didnt wake up
