BRS is the only RO/DI that I've seen with chloramine specific filters in it. If you get a group buy organized, that 'low' price often becomes your price for just buying one - about a 20% savings. The 10 people don't absolutely positively have to order even. They just want 10 names to start. After that, most of the people just piggy back on 2 or 3 orders, depending on your part of town. The slight downside is, it does take a little longer for a group buy, as the discount prices don't normally get posted untill Tuesday, and you have to 'qualify' before that. I don't know about shipping discounts. Most of the order I was in, in the past DID NOT have free shipping, but perhaps we just didn't make the minimum??
