Bogdan
I am starting a small new reef tank and found a source of live rock. After closer inspection it turned out that the rock is well covered with coralline but unfortunately infested significantly with Aptasis and bubble algae. I checked online discussion on how the get rid of these pests and it looks like this could be quite a challenge. On the other hand some claim that they manage to eradicate both unwanted hitchhikers without a big problems. So my question is; is it wise to buy this rock anyway (the price is right), what would you do reef experts? Please advise. Thanks
gbelcik
its doubtful those are the only problems..... go with the dead rock

Eel Keeper
I like to take on chalenges. I'd go with the live rock.
