MAAST brought in a great lineup of speakers, all giving very informative talks covering topics relevant to beginner and advanced reefing. I esp. enjoyed Murray Camp's presentation on probiotics and carbon dosing. see Probiotics Demystified for his recent article There were three coral vendors: ReefKoi ( polyps, sps, micros, chalice, etc.), Steel City Corals (polyps, rainbow acans, fungia, and S. wilsoni), and Fish2morrow; Precision Marine --- out of New Braunfels --- displayed all of their products and demo'd their Kalk and Calcium reactors. Lucky me, I won a couple of raffles too. Fauna Marin Ultra LPS food and CoralRx Pro are ready for testing. Fish2morrow brought in huge maricultured SPS colonies for 40-75 each.
